I wrote my first résumé in 1993, when I was employed by Procter & Gamble. The résumé was for a co-worker who knew I was a writer. He got the interview and landed the job and started advertising me to others in the Company.
I wrote résumés part-time until 2008, when I joined The National Résumé Writers’ Association and became a full-time résumé writer. Through education in The NRWA and experience, I achieved the Nationally Certified Résumé Writer status in 2014.
I prepare each résumé as if it was my own and fashion it toward your career objective so the prospective employer will contact you for the interview.
The purpose of your resume is to show how you can meet the specific needs of your targeted job. Your resume needs to open doors. To do this, you must express your unique value to the employer. Why else would anyone want to meet with you?
I’ve helped thousands of clients land interviews they weren’t getting before they contacted me. If you’re applying for jobs and your phone isn’t ringing, call me. I can help you, just like I’ve helped others.
